Glass Filled Nylon Material

Our belt grinder set is made with the exact injection molding technology and of ultra-strong Glass Filled Nylon material.With a focus on ergonomics, once this advanced wheel starts rolling, it keeps rolling and swivels with ease. After Glass Filled Nylon wheel is installed, it is used as the belt wheel to run with low sound and low noise, and the machine is stable.

Drive Wheels

The drive wheel is 4″ in diameter and 2.25″ wide. It is crowned to help with belt tracking. It has a 5/8 inch bore with a 3/16 inch key-way.

Tracking Wheels

The 3″ tracking wheel is 3″ in diameter and 2.25″ wide. It has two 6201 bearings, installed in the hub and a spacer between the bearings. This bearing combination allows for tightening the mounting bolts without causing any axial force on the bearings.

Idler Wheels

The 2″ idler wheels are 2″ in diameter, and 2.25″ wide. Bearings are placed back to back.

Easy Assembly

Assembly is pretty straightforward. Ensure that the accompanying nylon gasket is used to prevent friction between the wheel section and surface of mounting plate.

∮3″ Tracking & 2″ Ldler Wheel∮- Two, 2″ diameter precision glass filled nylon idler wheels with sealed bearings. One, 3″ diameter precision glass filled nylon tracking wheel with sealed bearings. The tracking wheel and idler wheel are 2-1/4″ wide. The surface of tracking wheel is truly crowned (no sharp v) to ensure the belt won’t jump off the wheel.
