Cougar HD Premium Concrete Saw Blades

Designed for cutting reinforced concrete with rebar and high psi concrete with most hand held saws, concrete saws, or masonry saws.

When it’s time for an upgrade. Cougar HD Premium Concrete Saw Blades are for when you need to cut serious concrete with rebar like butter. With Laser Welded segments and individually drilled cooling holes, each blade is purpose-built for demanding applications. Turbo segments with keyslot design allow for better air cooling and chip deflection, resulting in better performance with less stress on the operator and machine. May be used with all hand-held power saws, concrete saws, and masonry saws.

Laser-welded, extra tall 12MM hard bond segments which is perfect for cutting reinforced cured concrete or concrete with rebar on hand-held power saws or walk-behind saws up to 35 HP Professional quality blade for maximum cutting life with a low cost per cut. The core is made from heat-treated hi-speed steel and is guaranteed to withstand the demands of dry cutting.

FAST CUTTING – Features a soft bond for extra fast cutting speed! Easily and effortlessly cuts reinforced concrete (up to 9,000 psi) wtih rebar, asphalt, green concrete, masonry, hard stone (such as quartzite) and all similar materials.
USE WET OR DRY – Use Cougar S 12″ diamond blades wet or dry. The center core is made from heat-treated high-speed steel and is guaranteed to withstand the demands of dry cutting.
PREMIUM TURBO SEGMENTS – Alternating notched turbo diamond segments cut through material with greater efficiency than all flat, smooth segments. The result is a concrete cutting blade that cuts fast and straight with minimal stress on the operator and machine.
SPECIFICATIONS – 12″ diameter X .125 (1/8″) thick and has a 1″ arbor hole, 3/8″ drive pin hole and 20mm bushing. Max 6,300 rpm. For use with hand-held power saws or walk-behind saws up to 35 HP. Expected blade life is 6,000 inch feet (inch foot=12″ long cut X 1″ depth).
LIFETIME WARRANTY – All Delta Diamond Products, Inc Diamond Blades, Coring Bits, Hole Saws and Grinding Wheels include a lifetime warranty against warping, cracking, and material defects. If any diamond tool (being used under its intended use with at least 50% wear left) fails to cut or work properly, or if the bond between the diamond segment and the steel core becomes separated at any time, the diamond tool will be replaced.
