Our premium grade T1 High Speed Steel (HSS) contains 18% Tungsten to offer 25% longer run times than standard HSS grade alloys. T1 HSS is hardened to 61-63 HRc for better wear resistance and durability when used on harder woods.
Xcalibur Tooling Jointer Knives are specially designed and balanced to maintain the closest tolerances and reduce cutter-head vibrations. These features allow for an improved surface finish and reduced machine wear.
