Place a new tape roll on the large cylinder and feed the tape (sticky side down) through the handle, over the tiny roller and under the larger roller. Replace the other piece of the handle, ensuring it “”clicks”” together firmly. Hold the dispenser near the tape roll and place the tape roller on a surface to apply. Tilt the dispenser forward to cut the tape using the knife strip above the roller.
