What’s the real torque of ES21?

The ES21 has 5 torque settings with a torque range of 0.15 N.m – 0.35 N.m . The number of indicator lights represents the gear of the torque, the higher the gear the higher the torque.

What do I do when there is not enough torque?

Without pressing any buttons, the gearbox is locked, at which point manual mode can be used with a maximum manual torque of 5 N.m. Loosen the screws and then use electric mode.

What should I do if I can’t charge after connecting the charger?

When the voltage exceeds 6.5V, the machine will trigger over-voltage protection, you need to replace the power adapter for charging.
