Product Features Sharp & Durable Japanese Steel

The blade edge is Forged Japanese high-carbon steel. It features excellent sharpness and long-lasting sharpness.

Quality Laminated Blade Structure

The blade edge (Japanese steel) is laminated by soft iron. The layered construction of the two steel materials increases blade durability and improves sharpening ease.

Protruding Tip Guard

This NATA is called “Hashi-Tsuki” or “Ishi-Tsuki” NATA and has a protruding tip at the tip of the blade. This guard offers greater protection against breaking or chipping the blade, as it stops the blade before coming in contact with the ground. It can also be used for tending vines, thin branches, and gathering fallen leaves.

Single Bevel for Extra Sharpness

The single-bevel blade is ideal for cutting and shaving wood. This blade has a sharper bite than the double-bevel blade and is more suitable for cutting work.
