The mobility of the 71500 allows the technician to work directly to repair or fabricate A/C hoses on the cehicle.

Quick and convenient usage steps

1. Matching mold.

Select the correct mold group for the AC hose. (For instructions, please refer to the back)

2. Fixed mold.

Clamp the mold tightly into the slot.

3. Close the hydraulic valve.

Turn the hydraulic valve to the closed position.

4. Close the yoke.

Close the yoke and rotate the tool body clockwise until the mold is snug against the hose joint.

5. Insert the pin.

Insert the pin and secure the handle until you can “close” the top yoke.

6. Crimp the hose.

Press the pump handle onto the hose and continue pumping until the handle stops.

7. Loosen the hydraulic valve.

Turn the hydraulic valve to the open position.

8. After crimping.

Complete crimping and produce factory quality crimping.
