The Ridgid R2601 5 in. Random Orbit Sander features an electronic speed-control dial with a variable no-load speed of 7,000 – 12,000 RPM for fast, efficient sanding in a variety of applications and a soft start and pad brake to help prevent gouges in the work piece. The through-body, sealed slide switch is easy to use and provides reliable operation, while the rubber over-mold offers a comfortable grasp as you work.
